Hamilton Middle School Playground
The Hamilton Middle School originally opened as Hamilton High School on September 8th in 1930. The building remained the high school until the year 2000 when it was repurposed as the middle school. Recently, a bond was introduced that would have provided the funds for a new middle school, however, it did not pass. That bond also included funds to provide for an updated playground, including age appropriate equipment. It would have refreshed the area so that the appearance was an attractive outdoor activity space and less like a parking lot. Children of all ages need a welcoming and safe environment that encourages them to be physically active.

The Friends of the Hamilton Schools Foundation is excited to partner with the school district to help make this a reality. All donations are tax deductible and will go directly to purchasing and installing various playground equipment. FHSF is equally committed to upgrading the existing outdoor space at Hamilton Middle School.
